Chair-reee@ 12:57 AM SPECIAL BIRTHDAY Blogger is giving me a chance to blog, but not with photos again!Never mind, i shan't delay my post. Yes, i have turned seventeen already( in an blink of an eye).Time really passes way too fast, and I'm gonna enjoy my youth!This year, i just feel special of spending my birthday ,at least half of the day at the childcare center for attachment.Though i can't deny that i did feel dreadful when i had to spend my special day at the childcare,but it was still enjoyable to have the companion of the children.The slightest and simplest thing that they can do for you really make your day! There was this girl in the class who saw and imagined the box she saw as a birthday cake!Then, She told me it looked like a birthday cake and she sang a birthday song to me , though not knowing it was my birthday. It really sweetened my heart! :) The day was long for me as i end work at 6pm, but the reward of the day was being able to hear a random birthday song from the girl. I must say , it was really sweet of my friends (Esther, Jinyan and Eirene) to wait for me to knock off and help me celebrate. We met at Tanjong Pagar and we headed off to Icon Village for Sakae Sushi.We walked from Exit A , and we were uncertain of the direction to icon village.Esther went to ask a passerby for direction, and the lady smiled as if withdrawing her laughter.Then,She pointed at the building in front of us and we were amazed that it was actually directly in front of us. Then we walked into the building ,and we kept harping on our foolishness of not noticing the building.We went into Sakae and settled down for our dinner buffet.The dinner really made me bloated with my tummy that feels like a Tyre- big and round. HAHAHAHA!So to relieve the very indescribable feeling of having a bulging tummy when sitting down, esther and me decided to go out of sakae to walk around.Treat it as a better way of digestion by walking around.Then we came to explore a place which looked magnificent with all the crystal lighting. We were desiring to go inside,and it's probably luck for us to sneak in as one of the staff - an Caucasian went in ,and the door happened to remain open.There were two sofas placed at the entrance of the door, and we conveniently sit on it.we rested comfortably on the sofas, and then Esther feels like relieving herself in the toilet! She managed to relieve herself and then we head back to sakae and settled our bills. Then i began to search for the Polaroid photo which was taken when we first settled down.I remembered so clearly that i placed it at my eating area and did not touch it at all,but it was missing.Then my witty and cheeky friends even asked me if i had misplaced it ,but i know that i didn't.Eirene came back from the settling of the bills, and she pointed to the board which was placed under Esther's eating area and ,there the photo was pinned on the board.Told you that they were witty&cheeky already!Though i saw the board earlier on when they came, but it still touched me! The efforts and sincerity put in wins anything:) the touch est thing was that the 'sides' of the board were actually repainted and coated with my favorite color.I am really touched by that! We cam whore all the way to city hall.By then ,we were still cam whoring when we reached.We went to the Esplanade to have the nice scenery captured.The presents that they actually wanted to give me were divided into three parts! The board first, then the green light bulb and finally the home-made brownie cake for eirene and me.Thank you! ESTHER Thank you for all that you have done for me!We got to know each other through CCA, and i wondered if we will ever know each other if i had not put Girls Brigade as one of my choices.We probably become closer together only at the end of secondary 2.We forged a even closer relationship only at secondary 3.I guess it's all the camps and the cliques of friends that we hang along with,that make us close,closer and closest together.All this while, you have been a good listener,adviser and what's more a good encourager for me.We share all the happiness,sorrows together and i enjoyed the the times we have with each other.I appreciate the slightest things that you have done like a simple sms that cheers me up,when there were ups and downs at times.You have been a definitely good friend and hope our friendship lasts!I know you are struggling hard for the last lap to your major exam,but I'm sure you are able to deal with it! All the best to you! Jinyan It's amazing on how we get to know each other.But err,we should thank esther for the connection between us.(Esther, i know you are smiling away)Though we only know each other for a short period of time,i find you an easy-going person whom i can get along well with.Thank you for the things that you have done for me too, like sending me sms to encourage me during the period when i was having my olevel. I appreciate it very much! Now, it's my turn to give you motivation and encouragement for your major exam.You've been telling me that there are distractions here and there that stop you from studying at times,but i'm sure you are able to endure the very last lap!I believe you can pull through this toughest period of time! All the best to you! Eirene It's really fate that brings us to know each other!We met at Play max ,and i always thought that it is amazing that this friendship can be sustained till now.I thought we will only be some hi-bye friend, but you proved it wrongly by showing initiative to meet up for our very first outing at east coast park.I am grateful to be able to know you, as you're definitely one that brings laughter and joy!You and your 'zi-high' will always make the atmosphere lively!Though we live at each ends of Singapore, let's just hope we will meet up whenever we have the time.There's definitely more discovery between us!All the best for your teaching! Okay,the dedicated post sounds a bit mushy here and there.But i still managed to type what i wanted to say from the bottom of my heart.(claps hor!) Thank you once again for making my seventeenth birthday so enjoyable and memorable! Hope our friendship last!
